An hour long class that will focus on strengthening your body through low impact exercises. At the end of class we will cool down with stretches and mobility exercises.

This class is meant for all fitness levels, modifications for the exercises will be provided to ensure everyone feels comfortable and that the class meets their needs.

All equipment provided! All you need to bring is shoes, a mat, and a water bottle!
