Hi, I’m Persis!
My mission is to make movement and wellness accessible, sustainable, and realistic for everyone. I help people improve their physical and mental health through small, effective practices that fit busy schedules, different bodies, and varying access to care.
With over 15 years of experience in movement and rehabilitation, I work with people looking to move better, reduce chronic pain, recover from injury, and support their mental wellbeing. My approach is rooted in strong foundations and includes movement, yoga, breath work, nature and cold therapy, hydration, basic nutrition, and sleep.
I hold a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba, am registered with the BC Association of Kinesiologists, and am certified in areas including Functional Movement Screening, Precision Nutrition, RockTape/RockBlades, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. I also offer hands-on therapies such as shockwave, BFR training, cupping, IASTM, and Iron Neck rehabilitation.
When I’m not supporting clients, you’ll find me outdoors hiking, fishing, or enjoying life on my little mountain farm.

I’ve been attending for almost 2 months now and even though its only once per week I can feel the difference (and it’s really helped my shoulder get better). The workouts are easy but effective and Persis is excellent at modifying movements to adapt them to your level. You don’t need to be fit to attend, that’s what the classes are for.
