As the weather cools and the days grow shorter, I hope you’re taking time to slow down, find your rhythm, and enjoy a little extra self-care.
I’m excited to announce that Live Yoga on Zoom is back this month! 🧘♀️
A few of you have also requested a chair yoga and balance-based class for seniors — and I’m happy to share that I’m working on adding this to the schedule to start Friday mornings in December. I’ll keep you posted as soon as registration opens!
This class will be donation-based, so you can pay what you can — or simply join for free. My goal is to make it accessible to everyone.

If you’re a woman who still gets her period — or if you have a daughter — this one is a must-listen! (Honestly, even the men should tune in too!)
So many of us — myself included — were never properly educated about our bodies, our hormones, and everything that comes with our menstrual cycles.
In this podcast, Dr. Sarah Hill dives deep into all of it and shares some eye-opening (and at times disturbing) insights about birth control and its effects on women’s health.
Also, side note, Modern Warrior who hosts he podcast is a great guy to follow. He has some amazing speakers on a wide variety of topics.

It’s been just over two weeks since I started using some of the Super Patch patches. Here’s what I’ve noticed so far!
The Peace Patch
I already do a lot to stay calm — movement, breath work, time in nature — but let’s be honest, there are still moments that get the best of me.
You know those days when something small happens and suddenly it feels huge? Or when your mind starts spiralling into all the “what ifs”?
(What if this goes wrong? What if that happens?)
After putting the Peace Patch on, those thoughts are no longer as frequent or harsh. They aren't front and centre anymore — and when they do pop up, I can think through them logically and move on without that sick-to-your-stomach anxiety feeling.

As many of my close friends and family know, I’ve struggled with painful periods for years. I’ve tried it all — from taking way too much Advil (my usual go to), to using a massage gun and pain relieving topical creams, to trying marijuana gummies. Not much helped.
