First, I want to take a moment to say just how incredibly proud I am of each and every one of you—whether you’ve been showing up for studio classes or moving through the Movement With Persis on-demand videos from home.

You’re putting in the effort to stay active, stay grounded, and support your mental health—and that’s no small thing. Your dedication, consistency, and heart are inspiring. I’m truly grateful you’re sticking with it, and I’m honoured to be part of your journey.

June Forest Hike

Movement with Persis hike in the forest last month was awesome! Couldn’t have asked for better weather and amazing company. Thanks to everyone who came! 

Walk got cut a little short due to a bear sighting, 3 bears in a spot no less, which got the hearts pumping. Everyone reacted well and we all made it home safe and sound! 🐻

Looking forward to another MWP hike in the coming weeks. Keep an eye out in your emails for a notification for when the next one will be. May is a bit hectic, so likely the next forest hike will be in late June.
