Happy New Year to everyone!

This months newsletter is going to focus a lot on gratitude!

I’ve been doing some deep-dive learning over the past 2 years on energy, mindset, and gratitude. I’ve been learning from my yoga mentor, Melissa, as well as from various experts in the science behind these topics and from successful multi-billion-dollar business owners.

Energy and mindset can either help us to achieve our goals (wether it be health goals, recovering from injuries, healing the nervous system, or building wealth in all its forms) or they can hinder them.

Gratitude is a simple but effective way of improving our mindset and energy!

It's pretty cool stuff, and I will be sharing a lot more info in future newsletters.

Last month, I put out a request asking for help adding reviews to my newly established Google Business page. So many of you took the time to write truly heartwarming and inspiring notes.

Simple Gratitude Exercise:


A way that I have been practicing gratitude and encouraging more positive energy into my life is by writing out what I am grateful every morning. I have a cup of coffee in the early morning hours, let the kitties inside to play, and sit down with my book and start reflecting on all the abundance of wonderful things I have in my life.

It's important to not just write the list down, but actually take the time to FEEL your gratitude.

The more gratitude you think and feel the more room you will create in your life for more abundance and more things to be grateful for. This isn't magical, this is science based. It works!

Awaken Abundance: The Series


Jay Dhaliwal, founder of Super Patch, is on a mission to share his knowledge of the human brain and how we can all do amazing things though gratitude. He has recently started a You Tube video series called Awaken Abundance, which I would highly encourage you to watch.

Jay has spent over 17 years (and over 40 million dollars in research and development to produce Super Patch as we know it today) researching the human brain and nervous system. He incorporates his personal experience, the teachings he provides to mentees, and the science behind gratitude.

I cannot recommend this enough. Watch it, share it with friends and family. The mind is a powerful thing!
