Hope you are enjoying the spring weather and sunshine!

With the warmer weather comes a lot more work for me here on the farm. Gardening, picking eggs, random repairs around the yard, chopping firewood for next season and so much more. So if you don't see me posting too much on social media, this will be why! But please know that I am a email/text away if you need support or are in need of a funny joke or meme.

April Forest Hike

Im going to start a monthly walk/hike where we can all get together as a community and enjoy the stress reducing benefits of nature, and have some laughs along the way.

This months hike will be Saturday April 26. Location will be a beautiful hike in the forest behind my home.

Podcast Recommendation: Attention LADIES!

Hot off the press! I just listened to a newly released podcast featuring Dr. Stacy Sims, an Exercise Physiologist and Nutrition expert at Stanford University. Dr. Sims specializes in research and education on the key differences between health and fitness recommendations for men vs. women.

In this episode, she breaks down essential advice on strength training, nutrition, sleep, and more—tailored to different life stages, including premenopausal, perimenopausal, and menopausal women.

I learned so much from this podcast and highly recommend it! I’ll be incorporating her insights into my own routine—as well as my approach with female patients.
